
Airtel has announced two new prepaid plans in India. The company has announced new Airtel prepaid plans for Rs 519 and Rs 779. The Rs 519 Airtel prepaid plan comes with 60-day validity, whereas the Rs 779 plan offers 90 days of validity. The new Airtel prepaid recharge plans have been announced to take on arch-rival Reliance Jio.

Airtel Rs 519, Rs 779 Prepaid Recharge Plans
Airtel has announced two new prepaid plans in India. The new Airtel prepaid recharge plans offer 1.5GB of daily 4G data for up to 90 days. After activating the Rs 519 recharge plan, customers will get 4G data for up to 60 days. As mentioned, the data will be capped at 1.5GB per day. Alongside, the plan also offers 100 SMS/ day and unlimited voice calls.
Users will also get some freebies with the recharge plan. For starters, users will get free HelloTunes and access to Wynk Music. The telco is also offering a Rs 100 cashback on FASTag recharge. In addition to this, customers will get a free Apollo 24/7 Circle membership that offers services, such as emergency doctor-on-call, cashback on medicines, discounts on doctor consultations, etc.
The Rs 779 recharge plan also offers 1.5GB, 100 SMS per day and unlimited voice calling. It also offers the same freebies under the Airtel Thanks pack to subscribers. Instead of 60 days, the Rs 779 plan lasts for 90 days. Both plans offer the same value.
In comparison, Jio is offering 1.5GB of 4G data for 84 days with a recharge of Rs 666. Those who want to club a Disney+ Hotstar subscription for three months can subscribe to the Rs 783 plan.
The 56-day 1.5GB data plan (without Disney+ Hotstar) will cost Rs 479 for Jio users.
