Bharti Airtel has announced four new rate cutter plans including two new smart recharge plans. The company has announced two new calendar month plans and two plans with 30 days of validity. All the newly launched rate cutter plans are priced under Rs 140. The new plans start at Rs 109 goes up to Rs 131.
These new smart recharge and rate cutter plans are useful for those who are not on an unlimited call pack. The new Rs 109 and Rs 111 are in a way upgrade to the existing Rs 99 plan, which offers 28 days of validity. Both these new plans come with 200MB of data in addition to the rate cutter. Airtel New Rate Cutter Pack Details
Rs 109 Plan
This new Airtel Rs 109 rate cutter plan is valid for 30 days. With this recharge, you will get 99 talk-time and 200MB of mobile data. With this plan, all local, std, and landline calls will cost Rs 2.5 paise per second. Each local SMS will cost Rs 1 and STD will cost Rs 1.5 per SMS. 
Rs 111 Plan
This new Airtel Rs 111 smart plan will offer Rs 99 talk-time and 200MB of mobile data. With this plan, all local, std, and landline calls will cost Rs 2.5 paise per second. As for the SMS, the local SMS will cost Rs 1 and STD will cost Rs 1.5 per SMS. This plan is valid for one month.
Rs 128 Plan
The Rs 128 smart plan will charge Rs 2.5 paise per second for local and STD calls and Rs 5 paise per second for national video calls. In addition, the mobile data will be charged 50 paise per MB and the local SMS will cost Rs 1 and STD will cost Rs 1.5 per SMS. This pack is also valid for 30 days.
Rs 131 Plan
This Rs 131 smart plan is similar to the Rs 128 pack. This pack is valid for one month. Users will be charged Rs 2.5 paise per second for local and STD calls and Rs 5 paise per second for national video calls. Each MB of data will be charged 50 paise and lastly, local SMS will cost Rs 1 and STD will cost Rs 1.5 per SMS.
