Airtel Rs 399 Prepaid Plan No Longer Offers Disney+ Hotstar
Airtel has changed the benefits of one of its most popular prepaid recharge plans in India. The Rs 399 prepaid recharge plan from the telco previously offered benefits like daily data, unlimited 5G, unlimited calls, daily free SMS, and a 3-month complimentary Disney+ Hotstar subscription. While other benefits remain the same, Airtel has replaced Disney+ Hotstar benefits with Airtel Xstream Play.
Considering Disney+ Hotstar has lost most of its content to JioCinema, the Airtel Xstream Play benefit might be a better option. It offers over 15 OTT benefits for users. These OTT benefits include Sony LIV, Eros Now, Lionsgate Play, epicON, ShemarooME, Docubay, Hungama, ShortsTV, Fancode, SocialSwag, ManoramaMAX, Hoichoi, Chaupal, Ultra, Klikk, Dollywood Play, Nammaflix, Raj Digital TV, and Kanccha Lannka.
Those who still want the Disney+ Hotstar benefit can recharge with one of the three Airtel prepaid plans still offering it. These plans include Rs 499, Rs 839, and Rs 3,359 recharge plans. They offer 28 days, 84 days, and 365 days validity, respectively. Users will get a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar subscription with Rs 499 and Rs 839 Airtel packs. The Rs 3,359 plan offers a free annual subscription to the OTT service.
Other benefits of these plans include up to 3GB daily data and unlimited calls. They also offer Apollo 24/7 membership and FASTag benefits to users. These plans also come with the Airtel Xstream Play subscription.
In comparison, Jio continues to offer Disney+ Hotstar benefits with many plans. Jio users can avail of free 3-month Disney+ Hotstar benefits with Rs 333, Rs 419, Rs 583, Rs 783, and Rs 1,199 plans. Those who want an annual subscription can recharge with Rs 499, Rs 555, Rs 601, Rs 659, Rs 799, Rs 1,066, and Rs 2,999 Jio prepaid packs. These plans offer unlimited calling, daily data, and up to 365 days of validity.
On the other hand, Vi offers a 3-month Disney+ Hotstar with only two plans – Rs 151 and Rs 399. As for the annual Hotstar subscription, Vi users can recharge with Rs 499, Rs 601, Rs 901, Rs 1,066, and Rs 3,099 prepaid plans.
