Alleged Honor 70 Series Smartphone with 66W Fast Charging Listed on 3C Certification Website

Honor launched the Honor 60 series smartphones back in December in China. The company announced the vanilla Honor 60 and Honor 60 Pro with Google Mobile Services running on Android 11. In 2022, the company also launched the Honor Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro devices at the MWC 2022 and later, it also launched the Honor X8, a budget 4G device in some global markets.

Now, it looks like the company is gearing up to launch the next flagship device. An alleged Honor 70 series smartphone has been spotted on the 3C certification website revealing the charging speed of the device. While it looks like this is too soon for the successor of the Honor 60 series, the Honor 70 series device, which has been spotted now is expected to launch later this year.

Alleged Honor 70 Series Phone Bags 3C Certification

The upcoming Honor device with the FNE-ANOO model number has been spotted on the 3C certification website in China. Based on the model number, we are speculating this be a Honor 70 series smartphone. For context, the Honor 60 Pro had a TNA-AN00 model number when it was spotted on the Geekbench database last year.

According to the listing, the Honor 70 series device will come with support for 66W fast charging, which is the same as the Honor 60 and 60 Pro’s charging speed. Apart from 66W charging, the device is also listed to support 10W (5V, 2A) and 40W (10V, 4A) charging speeds. Lastly, the listing also confirms the device to be a 5G phone. Apart from these few pieces of information, the listing does not reveal much about the phone.

Honor 60 Pro

The Honor 60 Pro offers a 6.78-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is powered by Snapdragon 778G+ SoC and is paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone packs a 4,800 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.

In terms of optics, there is a 108MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide angle lens, which also doubles up as macro snapper and there is a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, the device has a 50MP front camera. With the upcoming Honor 70 series device, we can expect some improvements over the 60 series.
