Amazfit has not confirmed the launch date of the smartwatch yet. However, we can expect the device to be available later this month or early next month in India.
Ahead of the India launch, Amazfit has confirmed the design and colour options of the smartwatch. Let’s take a look at the Amazfit GTR mini specifications, features and other details ahead of its India launch.
Amazfit GTR Mini Launched in India
The Amazfit GTR mini is one of the new mid-range smartwatches in India. It will be available for purchase soon via Amazon India. Ahead of the launch, the company revealed that the GTR mini will debut in three colours — Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Misty Pink.
The watch has a compact design and sports a 1.28-inch circular display. The AMOLED display has an HD resolution and curved glass protection. There is a circular dial on the right edge, which can be used for navigating through the user interface or loading certain tasks.
Despite being a mid-range offering, the GTR Mini has a stainless steel frame and weighs about 24.6 grams. It is also only 9.25mm thick.
Amazfit claims that the compact GTR series smartwatch can offer up to 20 days on a single charge when in its battery saver mode. Without the energy-saving mode, the battery can last up to 14 days on a single charge.
Moving to the features, the GTR Mini comes with the company’s patented GPS technology, which claims to capture twice as many signals compared to any standard smartwatch. It also supports five satellite positioning systems.
There is support for over 120 sports modes, including swimming, cycling, running, walking, etc. The smartwatch also supports intelligent detection of seven popular sports. In addition to this, there is support for several health-related features, such as heart rate monitoring, stress level monitoring, sleep tracking, SpO2 monitoring, etc.
There is support for downloading select third-party apps through the Zepp App. The GTR mini is expected to launch at a price tag of under Rs 10,000 in India. The smartwatch should be available via the Amazfit e-store and Amazon. What are your thoughts on the upcoming smartwatch from Amazfit? Let us know in the comments section below.
