Amazfit has announced a new rugged outdoor smartwatch in India. The brand has unveiled the Amazfit T-Rex 2 as the successor to the Amazfit T-Rex. A few weeks ago, the company unveiled the Amazfit Bip 3 and soon, the company will also launch the Amazfit Bip 3 Pro in India.
The latest rugged smartwatch, the T-Rex 2 comes with a circular AMOLED display and it is equipped with a whole bunch of advanced health as well as activities-related features. The Amazfit T-Rex 2 is priced at Rs 15,999 in India and will go on sale from July 2nd via Amazon and the Amazfit e-commerce website.

The T-Rex 2 comes with a circular 1.39-inch AMOLED display with touch support. It has a 454 x 454-pixel resolution and supports Always-on display. The screen is protected by tempered glass and also comes with an anti-fingerprint coating. The rugged smartwatch has passed 15 military-grade standards (MIL-STD-810G), which means the smartwatch is made to withstand extreme temperature and environmental conditions from 70-degree heat to -40 degrees cold along with 240 hours of humidity, 96 Hrs of Salt spray and many more.
Further, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 supports over 150 sports including triathlon mode, the professional lap data recording, and the more leisurely Golf swing mode. It comes with BioTracker 3.0 PPG biometric sensor that can track multiple metrics along with Spo2, heart rate, stress, and sleep quality. The wearable comes with dual-band positioning and support for five satellite positioning systems (GPS). Your unique movement and developing routes can be displayed in real-time in the watch with real-time navigation.
