OnePlus has been pushing out the beta version of Android 12 and a stable version of its smartphones over the past few months. In the past couple of months, the company has pushed the Open Beta updates for the OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, 8T and 9R smartphones and also, the company rolled out an open beta update for the first Nord device, the OnePlus Nord.
Now, the company has announced the first open OxygenOS 12 beta Based on Android 12 for the OnePlus Nord 2. The Nord 2 is arguably the best mid-range phone launched in 2021. Interested users can now try out the Android 12 beta on their Nord 2 devices. While the update is for the Nord 2 phones, OnePlus says some of the features may disappear after upgrading on the Nord 2 Pac-Man Edition. So, the update is not recommended for Pac-Man Edition users. But, for those who have the Nord 2 and are interested here are all the changes and how you can try out the new version.

OnePlus Nord 2 Android 12 Open Beta 1 Available Now
The update comes in 4.57GB size, so make sure you have enough space to download and install the update. While updating to the open beta build does not remove the existing data, it is better to keep a copy of the data in case something goes wrong. Here is the official changelog.
