A couple of days after Google announced, Best of Google Play 2021 awards for the best apps and games, Apple has revealed the best games and apps of the year. The App Store Award 2021 announced by Apple today consists of five apps and five games. Apple has picked awards for iPhone app, iPad app, Mac app, Apple TV app, and Apple Watch app. Similarly, Apple has also announced the best games for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Watch.
Apart from announcing the best games and apps of the year 2021, Apple also announced a total of five apps and games that were trending in 2021. Toca Life World won the best app award while League of Legends won the best game award. Here is the list of apps and games that Apple has picked for the App Store Award 2021.

All the winners will get a physical award from Apple which is inspired by the signature blue App Store icon made from 100 per cent recycled aluminium with the name of the winner engraved on the other side.
