Apple recently launched the iPhone 13 series in India and other international markets. The company launched four new iPhone models. It has been about three months since the launch and reports about the iPhone 14 series have surfaced online. According to a new report by The Elec, Apple will launch four new models. These devices will have a 6.1-inch and a 6.7-inch display. This means that the 5.4-inch model will not get an upgrade next year. The highlight update, however, is around the Pro models. According to the report, Apple will ditch the notch in the Pro models in 2022. Let’s take a look at the Apple iPhone 14 models specs, features and other details.

Apple iPhone 14 Pro display specs tipped

Apple is said to say goodbye to the notch on the iPhone 14 Pro models. A report states that the display will instead feature a hole-punch cutout. The hole-punch cutout could be placed at the top centre of the screen for the front camera. The US tech giant will place the Face ID hardware under the display, according to the report. The Pro model will have a 6.1-inch display, whereas the Pro Max variant will sport a 6.7-inch screen, which is the same as the current generation devices. Both devices will have an LTPO OLED display with ProMotion display technology.

The standard iPhone 14 models will have a 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch display as well. Apple will not include the ProMotion display tech in its non-Pro models and these entry-level iPhone 14 models will come with a 60Hz panel. The two devices are also said to feature a wide notch, which we can find on the iPhone 13 series.

This is not the first time we are hearing about a hole-punch display on the Pro models. Earlier this year, tipster Jon Prosser leaked the iPhone 14 Pro Max design renders. It revealed that the device will have a centrally aligned hole-punch display. The device will also have a titanium build and a triple-camera setup on the back.
