Apple launched the iPhone 14 series earlier this year. It has been a few days since the launch of the iPhone 14 series and the rumour mill has now started revealing details of the upcoming iPhone models. DSCC analyst Ross Young, who has a reputation for his accuracy on iPhone leaks, has revealed the details of the upcoming Apple iPhone 15 series.

The analyst claims that Apple will introduce one of the highlight features of the iPhone 14 Pro models across all models next year. Let’s take a look at the iPhone 15 series specifications and features known so far.

Apple iPhone 15 Series Display Details

We are almost a year away from the launch of the Apple iPhone 15 series. Meanwhile, a new rumour has revealed some details of the four 2023 iPhones. According to Young, Apple will include its Dynamic Island feature across all four iPhone models next year. This means that the non-Pro iPhone models launching next year will get Apple’s new software feature. Dynamic Island is currently exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro models. It essentially expands and contracts based on the task or app running in the background. Dynamic Island is a neat implementation by Apple to hide the pill-shaped cutout and the hole punch, which are currently used to house the Face ID sensors and the front camera.

Young claims that all four models launching next year will feature the Dynamic Island feature. It is unknown if Apple will offer the dual cutouts on the non-Pro models next year. Currently, only the iPhone 14 Pro and the 14 Pro Max have ditched the notch in favour of the wide pill, which is a mix of pill-shaped and hole-punch cutouts. The gap between the two cutouts is blacked out for a seamless look.

Young further revealed that the 2023 models are unlikely to get LTPO 120Hz support as standard. He stated that the supply chain currently “can’t support it”. This means that the non-Pro models are likely to get a standard 60Hz display next year as well.

It is too early to confirm the accuracy of any leaks. However, Young has a reputation for his accuracy. But we still advise our readers to take the leaked details with a pinch of salt.
