Dyson has launched its Hot+Cool Gen1 air purifier in India. As the name suggests, it can circulate both hot and cool air after cleaning. It comes with Dyson Air Multiplier technology and uses HEPA filters for maximum efficiency in air filtration. Here are the details.

The Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Gen1 is priced at Rs 56,900 in India. It comes in two colour options: Black+Nickel and White+White. The machine will be sold on Dyson.in and Dyson’s Demo Stores.

The Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Gen1 is a compact air purifier with the signature bladeless fan design in a tower configuration. It uses Dyson’s core air filtration technology, which captures up to 99.95% ultrafine particles in the air, which can be as small as 0.1 microns. This variant can filter out PM2.5, PM10, dust, pollens, and all other harmful elements.
The air purifier uses a 360-degree HEPA filter, which is paired with an activated carbon filter. The air intake happens from the bottom side, after which it is cleaned and emitted from the top-mounted vents. It can emit both hot and cool airwaves, which can be adjusted by the user. The purifier can rotate up to 350 degrees to circulate air evenly in the room.
The Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Gen1 retains the mini display, which provides real-time info on the AQI, PM2.5, and other air metrics. It also reminds users to replace or clean the filter when it gets clogged. Dyson says the filter can last up to 12 months with regular usage.
Dyson is offering a 2-year standard warranty with its new air purifier. The company also has a “10-day-no-questions-asked” returns policy if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
