ASUS ROG Phone 4, or ROG Phone 5, Live Images With 5960mAh Battery, Android 11 Shows Up on TENAA

We are aware of the fact that Asus is gearing up for the launch of the ROG Phone 3 successor, the Asus ROG 4/5. The device has been lately in the news, thanks to a few teasers, and numerous leaks that we saw in the past few days. The smartphone has already acquired the NCC certification, and 3C certification recently. And now, the Asus ROG Phone 4/5 has appeared on the TENAA certification database, intimating that launch could happen anytime soon.

Asus ROG Phone 4/5 TENAA Certified

The TENAA certification reveals the Asus ROG Phone 4/5 from all the angles, which even confirms a few specification as well. The smartphone carries the model number as Asus_I005DA. If we go by the TENAA listing, the device will measure 172.83×77.2×10.2mm in terms of dimensions. It will feature a 6.78-inch display that most probably could also offer a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. On the software front, the ROG Phone 4/5 will boot up the latest Android version, the Android 11-based Zen UI. Battery capacity of the device will be of 5960/6000mAh, which will have a 65W fast charging support. Needless to say that the smartphone will also offer 5G connectivity, if we go by the certification listing.

If the rumours are to be believed, the ROG Phone 4/5 will feature Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 888 SoC, which comes with an integrated 5G modem. In terms of imaging, triple camera sensors will be housed at the back with main primary camera consisting of 64MP sensor. Few days ago, the device also appeared in hands-on images, giving us the glimpse from all the angles. Earlier leaks suggest us that the company might skip the ROG Phone 4 moniker and might go with the ROG Phone 5 name for the upcoming device.

Now that ASUS ROG Phone 4/5 has cleared the require TENAA, NCC, and 3C certification, the launch might happen anytime soon.
