These devices were set to launch in India alongside the global launch which took place on May 12. However, due to the second COVID-19 wave, the launch of these two devices in India was delayed. Asus Zenfone 8 Series To Launch Soon In India
According to India Today Tech’s interaction with Asus’s Business Head Dinesh Sharma, Asus is really close to launching the Zenfone 8 and the Zenfone 8 Flip smartphones in India. The company is figuring out the logistics and will announce the launch date of the Zenfone 8 series soon for the Indian market as per Dinesh Sharma. “We will be launching the Zenfone 8 in India very soon. And, when I say that, I mean really soon. I have been getting a lot of requests about that product on social media and are working to bring it to the country. There are a lot of factors that have to be looked at including the logistics and as soon that is done, we will announce a date,” said Dinesh Sharma in interaction with India Today Tech.
