Sonos Ace: Features and Specifications

The Ace headphones come with a range of features, aimed at delivering a premium listening experience. They are equipped with custom-designed 40 mm drivers, which are claimed to deliver clear and accurate sound across all frequencies, whether you’re listening to music or taking calls.

The Ace supports spatial audio, including Dolby Atmos, and is said to provide an immersive surround sound experience with dynamic head tracking. This feature ensures the audio stays centred even as you move. The headphones also feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block out external noise.

Sonos says the Ace is designed to switch easily between a Sonos soundbar and the headphones, allowing for private listening at the press of a button.

Furthermore, the Ace headphone is said to provide up to 30 hours on playtime on a charge charge. A quick 3-minute charge is said to give up to 3 hours of listening time. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.4 and include a wear-detection feature to pause audio automatically when the headphone is removed.
