Xiaomi’s gaming-focused smartphone brand Black Shark is all set to launch the Black Shark 3 successor, the Black Shark 4 and the Black Shark 4 Pro smartphones on March 23. The company has revealed the March 23 launch date via a Weibo post today morning. The launch date of these two devices does coincide with that of the OnePlus 9 series which is said to debut on March 23.

Both the Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro are in the news in the last couple of months, considering that they had appeared on several certifications and Google Play Console listing. The Black Shark 4 even had gained the required TENAA certification back in January that had revealed key specs of the device. Black Shark 4 Specifications

The Black Shark 4 is expected to feature a 6.67-inch display with Full HD+ resolution screen and an aspect ratio set as 20:9 if we go by the details revealed by the TENAA listing. The device is rumoured to pack in Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset. The phone might be available in 8GB/12GB RAM models along with either 128GB or 256GB internal storage. On the software front, the smartphone will run Android 11 out of the box.
