Popular smart wearable and audio accessories maker, Boat has launched yet another budget smartwatch in India. The company has now announced the Boat Watch Matrix as the latest addition to its rapidly growing smartwatch portfolio.
Although the Boat Watch Matrix smart wearable is priced under Rs 5,000, the watch does pack in an impressive set of features and specifications, at least on paper. Some of the key features of the smartwatch include an AMOLED display, up to 7 days of battery life, water-resistance design, and a bunch of fitness and health-related features. The Boat Watch Matrix is priced at Rs 3,999 and the smartwatch will be available in Black, Blue, and White colour options. The watch will be available on Amazon, but the sale date for the same is still a mystery. We will update the article once the company announces the sale date.
Boat Watch Matrix Features and Specifications
The star of the show here is the display, the Watch Matrix sports a 1.6-inch AMOLED display, which will offer crisp and vivid visuals. It is a 2.5D curved screen and also comes with support for Always-on-Display. 
In terms of health-related features, you get a SpO2 monitor to keep track of blood-oxygen level, heart rate sensor, sleep tracking, and period tracker. Further, smart activity tracker records daily activities, calories burnt, steps taken, and also total distance travelled. The watch is also capable of tracking different sports modes and you can also earn rewards and badges with the companion Crest app. Wellness features like guided breathing is also included.
On a single charge, the Boat Watch Matrix is said to offer up to 7 days of battery life. However, the company says with the Always-on-Display enabled, the watch will last only 2 days. Other features include support for multiple watch faces, notification and call alerts, control camera and music. Lastly, the watch is also 3ATM dust, slash, and sweat resistant.
