ColorOS 13 Based on Android 13 Set for August 18 Launch, Which OPPO Phones May Get Support?

OPPO has announced the launch date of ColorOS 13, which will be the next iteration of its custom Android skin. The ColorOS 13 skin will be based on Android 13. The next-gen software skin will be announced on August 18th, which is next Thursday. The event is set to take place at 12:00 BST, which is 4:30 PM in Inida.

The ColorOS 13 event will be live streamed on YouTube as well and live updates will be provided on the social media channels. According to OPPO, ColorOS’s global monthly active users have reached 500 million in 2022. To celebrate this significant milestone, OPPO has also re-created the ColorOS Logo. ColorOS 13 For OPPO Phones Coming Soon

The next-gen ColorOS, version 13 will integrate Android 13’s underlying safety and privacy features and provides customizations similar to Google’s Material You design. ColorOS 13 will come with a new design and features tailored to deliver a better experience on large displays and provide seamless interconnectivity between multiple devices for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

While the company is yet to announce the complete list of devices that are eligible for the ColorOS 13 update, last week ColorOS 13 Beta Version was released for OPPO Find X5 Pro and Find X5 devices. The beta program was applicable in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, UAE, France, and Australia. In addition, the OPPO Find N foldable is also eligible for the ColorOS 13 beta update.
