Cyberpunk 2077 has been the game that so many of us have been waiting for. However, it has been delayed time and again. After the last delay, we now have a final release date of December 10th. It looks like CD Projekt Red is going to stick to this date, as we have been getting trailers and gameplay videos, typical of the final round of press fodder.
However, one of the biggest questions is how long will Cyberpunk 2077 be? We see varying playtime with AAA titles, so a game with this level of anticipation had many of us curious about how long the main gameplay would be. It looks like we have a sort of an answer now, as the QA lead for CD Projekt Red has revealed that it’s possible to push the game to 175+ hours.

Łukasz Babiel tweeted out the screenshot of having played Cyberpunk 2077 for over 175 hours. Of course, being a sandbox game, backed by an apparently complicated storyline, Cyberpunk 2077 will have varying gameplay times. However, this figure gives us a ballpark idea about how much there is to play.
A Twitter user asked Babiel if he was playing to complete the game. Babiel responded that he’s trying to use every feature the game has to offer. This means that he’s more or less juicing the game dry with these figures, so you know what to expect on the higher end of gameplay times.
Being a QA lead also requires going to every nook of the game to look for issues. It certainly seems like there’ll be plenty to play when Cyberpunk 2077 comes. Being a sandbox game also leaves room for future DLC expansions, events, and much more.
So long story short? Cyberpunk 2077 will be loaded.
Stay tuned to us for more on Cyberpunk 2077 as the launch gets closer.
