At the ongoing CES 2020 expo, Dell has unveiled a bunch of laptops, PCs, monitors, and more. Two of those laptops include the company’s new Dell Latitude laptop as well as the Dell Latitude 2-in-1 convertible laptop. Both laptops have a very similar design, with an aluminum build, optional 4G or 5G connectivity, and up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Dell Latitude 9510 Laptop, Dell Latitude 9510 2-in-1 Laptop Feature Intel 10th Gen. Comet Lake-U CPUs, SSD, Wi-Fi 6, Thunderbolt 3 Ports
The Dell Latitude 9510 and the Dell Latitude 9510 2-in-1 laptops have very similar builds and designs. The only difference between them, design-wise, is a different hinge in the convertible model. There’s also a slight change in the height (when closed).
Both laptops feature 15-inch anti-glare ‘Super Low Power’ IPS LCD screens with Full HD resolution and 400 nits brightness. Such CPUs are necessary for corporate, government, and security clientele. There’s no option to upgrade to discrete GPUs, so you’ll have to make do with integrated Intel UHD graphics, but it is to be expected in laptop models targeted towards corporates. There’s up to 16GB LPDDR3 RAM (2133MHz) and up to 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD.
Wireless connectivity features include 2×2 Intel Wi-Fi 6 chips and Bluetooth 5.0. There’s optional 4G (via Qualcomm Snapdragon X24 LTE modem) or 5G (via Qualcomm Snapdragon X50 5G modem) connectivity. Wired connectivity features include two USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports, a USB Type-A port, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack.
There are a microSD card slot and a Windows Hello-compatible IR webcam. Both laptops can be configured with a Windows Hello-compatible fingerprint reader and SmartCard reader. They have an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, gyroscope, and GPS (via WWAN module). Both laptops can be configured to run Windows 10 Home (64-bit) or Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).
While the standard variants of both laptops use 52WHr batteries, they can be configured to go up to 88WHr batteries that can offer up to 30 hours in battery life on a single charge.
