Amazon India has launched its latest true wireless earbuds in India. The company has launched the Echo Buds (2nd Gen) TWS in India and it is priced under Rs 15,000. With this price tag, the Echo Buds (2nd Gen) will rival against the likes of OnePlus Buds Pro, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Sony WF-1000XM3, and more in the premium segment.

Like any other premium TWS in the segment, the end gen Echo Buds also comes with active noise cancellation (ANC), support for Alexa voice assistant, and offers up to 15 hours of playtime. Let’s take a look at the Indian price, availability, and features of the  Amazon Echo Buds (2nd Gen) TWS.

The Amazon Echo Buds (2nd Gen) TWS are priced at Rs 10,999 for the model that supports only wired charging and the Echo Buds (2nd Gen) with wireless charging case will cost Rs 12,999 in India. Both the variants are available on Amazon for purchase already in Black colour option. However, these are just introductory prices and the price will go up by Rs 1,000 for both models in the coming days.

The second-gen Echo Buds from Amazon come with active noise cancellation, which limits background noise entering your ear. There is also a passthrough mode that lets you hear what’s going on around you. The buds also come with three mics and hands-free Alexa. Echo buds are compatible with Android and iOS. For audio, the buds are rated to offer a premium audio experience with crisp, balanced sound. You can also control the bass and treble from the equalizer in the Alexa app. These buds are also IPX4 sweat-resistant and come in different sizes of eartips. To get the best ear fit, you can take the ear-tip fit test inside the Alexa app.

For controls, the buds support tap to play/pause, skip tracks, turn on ANC/pass through, adjust the volume or know your battery status. Some of these can be customized in the Alexa app. Lastly, they are rated to last up to 5 hours on a signal charge and up to 10 hours with the included case with ANC turned on, taking the total battery life count to 15 hours. A quick 15-minute charge provides up to 2 hrs of music playback.

Other features include Bluetooth 5.0, 5.7 mm dynamic driver, Accelerometer, and proximity sensors.
