March is here and Netflix has a tonne of content coming to the platform this week. Gulmohar
Gulmohar marks the return of Sharmila Tagore to the silver screen and she will be joined by the likes of Manoj Bajpayee and Amol Palekar. The Hindi drama movie is directed by Rahul Chittella and produced by Vikesh Bhutani, Rahul Chittella, Shujaat Saudagar. The movie is about the Batra family who decide to move out of their house of 34 years. And the four days leading to the shift sees drama unfold and escalate within the family. And the chaos, insecurities, secrets bring the family together.

The Mandalorian S3
The Mandalorian is back with another season and we are all set to see Pedro Pascal don the mantle of Din Djarin or Mando with our favourite green Baby Yoda. Season 2 ended with Baby Yoda returning to Mando after abandoning Luke’s training, and Mando sets off for his home planet of Mandalore. According to show creator Jon Favreau, a large share of the action in season three will take place on the desolate plains of Mandalore which was a result of the The Great Mandalorian Purge, which was a result of the conflict with the First Galactic Empire.

Waltair Veerayya
Waltair Veerayya, is a Telugu action comedy movie which has been directed by KS Ravindra, with Mythri Movie Makers taking care of production duties. The cast includes Chiranjeevi, Ravi Teja, Shruti Haasan among others. The story follows Waltair Veerayya, an infamous smuggler wanted by RAW, whose authority gets challenged by Visakhapatnam ACP Vikram Sagar, who is determined to put an end to Waltair’s smuggling activities. Thus springs up a war of egos. Waltair Veerayya a gangster and a drug lord who wants to avenge his brother’s death. The only person who stands in his way is Vikram Sagar.

Alone, the latest film starring Malayalam superstar actor Mohanlal has been written by Rajesh Jayaraman and directed by Shaji Kailas. The Covid-induced lockdown serves as the backdrop for the film. The character of Kalidas, a motivational speaker, is played by Mohanlal. In order to spend some time alone and protect himself from a spreading viral infection, he travels to an apartment in Kochi. But when Kalidas starts to hear the voices of the apartment’s former residents, things start to become frightening. Kalidas swears to learn what transpired in the house prior to his arrival since he is fascinated. He soon learns that the tenants who lived there before had died by suicide. When Kalidas tries to exact revenge for the deaths of complete strangers, the plot becomes much more complicated.
