Official trailer and Plot
Gal Gadot essays the role of Rachel Stone, a member of the Charter, an elite organisation of enigmatic spies. They are referred to as “the most highly trained agents — working together to maintain peace in a turbulent world” in the trailer. Those agents depend on a special resource called the Heart to accomplish their ambitious goals. According to Parker, Rachel Stone’s MI6 counterpart, “If you own the Heart, you own the world,” as stated in the teaser by Jamie Dornan. To Keya Dhawan (Alia Bhatt), whose ambition to locate and own the Heart endangers the equilibrium of the entire world and Stone is the only hope. Will she be able to stop her, is the question around which the whole movie revolves.
Parker, an MI6 agent, and Keya Dhawan, a hacker, are played by Alia Bhatt and Jamie Dornan, respectively, along with Gal Gadot’s Rachel Stone in the film. Paul Ready, Jing Lusi, Matthias Schweighöfer, and Sophie Okonedo are the other cast members of the movie. Tom Harper directed the movie.
Reception
Despite Wonder Woman Gal Gadot and our very own Alia Bhatt, the movie seems to have failed to impress the audience. Both IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes, have given it bad ratings. IMDb ran ked it 4.6 while Rotten Tomatoes says only 26 per cent of people liked the movie.
