Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s early access beta will be live from August 30 to September 4. The game’s open beta will kick off a couple of days later, on September 6, and last until September 9.
This is the first time a Call of Duty beta will simultaneously take place across all platforms. The franchise has traditionally preferred the PlayStation as its exclusive platform for beta testing new games. The upcoming beta will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, and PC.
How to Join Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta?
If you want to participate in Call of Duty: Black Op 6’s early access beta, you must pre-order the video game. You can do this on any platform of your choice, either digitally or physically. This beta will also be available for active Xbox Game Pass subscribers, as the game will be a day-one release on the subscription service.
As per the game’s official beta page, digital pre-orders will not require any code to join the beta testing. Those buyers can download Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 once the beta starts.
If you pre-ordered the game through a participating retailer, your early access beta code should be printed on the retail receipt or mentioned in the receipt email. The official page recommends contacting your retailer if you have not received the code.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 open beta will be available for anyone. Players do not need to do anything special. Once the open beta begins, the game will become downloadable for everyone.
