This isn’t just an HD remaster of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater released way back in 2004, but rather a total remake of the game. As confirmed by the developer Konami, the story remains the same as the original game and will star the original voice actors of the game. But will feature new graphics and immersive sound.
Even though the gameplay trailer was showcased, the game’s release date is still unconfirmed. But Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater was featured in an official video from Sony titled “Upcoming Games in 2024”, which means the game might be released this year. Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will be coming soon to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Steam and PS5.
The original Metal Gear Solid 3 was released for PS2 and Nintendo 3DS. Someone made a frame-by-frame comparison of the new game to the gameplay from the original. Take a look.
