NVIDIA has officially launched its new NVIDIA app for PC gamers. The app has finally exited the beta testing it has been under since the initial announcement earlier this year. It is an all-in-one companion app that merges GeForce Experience and NVIDIA Control Experience features. The app also makes updating PCs to the latest NVIDIA drivers convenient.
NVIDIA App Features
The new NVIDIA app has a revamped user interface that puts everything you need in a single place. The home screen shows your installed PC games library, most recently used programs, and quick links to download other NVIDIA applications like NVIDIA Broadcast, NVIDIA Omniverse, and FrameView.
A dedicated Drivers tab will help you check the latest NVIDIA driver updates. It offers details about what’s new and fixed in the update. The Graphics tab makes it easier to adjust graphics and NVIDIA Control Panel settings. You can find optimal settings based on whether to focus on performance or quality.
Gamers can adjust and configure display-related settings using the System tab based on the GPU they have. It further shows your system specifications and GPU’s performance statistics.
One of the commonly used features NVIDIA Overlay has also been redesigned and improved. It is now capable of 4K 120fps AV1 video capture and AI-powered RTX filters. The statistics overlay is now highly customisable and a new gallery will sort and view your gameplay recordings and screenshots.
The NVIDIA app also has a Redeem section that players can check out to claim exclusive GeForce Rewards. The company offers in-game rewards and other perks like free Xbox Game Pass membership. You can download the new NVIDIA app here if you have not already.
