Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog refresh for May 2024. The lineup features 13 games including Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2 and three Classic Games Catalog titles. Here is everything you need to know about the latest refresh.
PlayStation Plus Game Catalog May 2024 Games
Some noteworthy titles coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2024 are Red Dead Redemption 2, Watch Dogs, Deceive Inc., The Sims 4 City Living, Crime Boss: Rockay City, Cat Quest, and Cat Quest II. These games will become playable from PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium/Deluxe subscribers from May 21.
It is important to note that this refresh is different from the PS Plus free monthly games for May 2024.
Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4)
Red Dead Redemption 2 is undoubtedly one of the must-play video games on the PlayStation. It is a product of Rockstar Games, the giant video game studio also known for the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) franchise. This massive open-world game shows the American world at the dawn of the modern age.
Arthur Morgan and Dutch Van der Linde are the two main characters in this world filled with outlaw gangs. The game also includes Red Dead Online, an online multiplayer experience for players.
Watch Dogs (PS4)
Watch Dogs is another re-addition to the PS Plus Game Catalog. It also has an open-world setting where you play as a genius hacker Aiden Pearce. The story takes place in a fictional city based on the real-world Chicago. The protagonist is looking to avenge the death of his niece by using his computer networking knowledge.

One thing to note is that only The Sims 4: City Living expansion pack is available for free via PS Plus. You will need to purchase The Sims 4 video game separately to be able to play the expansion.
