Xbox Games Coming to PS5 and Nintendo Switch

Two of the four titles will be coming to PS5 only while the rest are coming to both PlayStation and Nintendo consoles. The list includes,

  • Hi-Fi Rush, the acclaimed rhythm-action hit from Tango Games, is coming to PlayStation 5 on March 19. Pre-orders start February 22.
  • Sea of Thieves, an adventure game from Rare, is set to hit the shelves on PlayStation 5 on April 30 – and will be available to wishlist by PlayStation 5 players starting today, February 22.
  • Pentiment, Obsidian’s acclaimed narrative adventure, arrived on PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on February 22.
  • Grounded, the co-op survival game from Obsidian, where you play as tiny humans in a giant backyard will arrive on PlayStation 4, 5, and Nintendo Switch on April 16.

During the recent Xbox podcast, the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer announced that they will bring four Xbox-exclusive games to other consoles but did not mention their names. Before Microsoft confirmed the games list, Grounded and Pentiment were confirmed to release on Switch during its online showcase event.

Additionally, upcoming 2024 titles like Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II (May 21st), Avowed, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be playable on Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Cloud Gaming, with select titles joining Game Pass.

New Call of Duty Games Will Hit Game Pass Day One, Confirms Phil Spencer

In a recent interview with Stephen Totilo of Game File, Spencer suggested that all Activision Blizzard, ZeniMax (including popular franchises like Call of Duty, Doom, and Elder Scrolls), and Xbox Game Studios titles will hit Game Pass on the day of release of the games in general stores.

However, the exact specifics of when the titles will be available aren’t known. While Activision hasn’t officially revealed this year’s Call of Duty, Spencer’s statement implies future instalments will likely join Game Pass at launch. Microsoft is also bringing Diablo IV to Xbox Game Pass on March 28.
