The smartwatch is equipped with built-in GPS, and it offers detailed information like running data, heart rate, speed, pace, and much more. Garmin Forerunner 55 sports a 1.4-inch round display with 208 x 208 pixels resolution. The display panel is coated with chemically strengthened glass. It has a 5ATM water resistance rating.
