Google recently revealed that the brand will launch its upcoming flagship smartphones, the Pixel 4 series, on the 15th of October at an event in New York. While it is still a week to go for the launch, Evan Blass has revealed the Canadian pricing of the Pixel 4 series smartphones.
According to him, the Pixel 4, as well as, the Pixel 4 XL will come in two storage options – 64GB and 128GB. He claims that the Pixel 4 will cost CAD 1,049 for the 64GB storage variant, and CAD 1,199 for the 128GB storage variant. As for the Pixel 4 XL, Evan claims that it will come with a price tag of CAD 1,199 for the 64GB storage variant, and CAD 1,359 for the 128GB storage variant.
It is disappointing to see that Google is offering only 64GB of storage with the base variants of the Pixel 4 series smartphones. In contrast, other high-end flagship smartphones provide at least 128GB of storage. Not only that, even the mid-range smartphones nowadays offer 128GB of storage with their base variants. Anyway, what is even worse is that people don’t even have a choice to go with higher storage options such as 256GB or 512GB with the Pixel 4 series smartphones.
