Google is reportedly in the works to launch its affordable Google Pixel 4a smartphone soon. The Google Pixel 4a will succeed the widely accepted Google Pixel 3a and the Google Pixel 3a XL handsets. A little while ago, the leaked renders of the device suggested its design language and some of its key specifications. Now, the device has appeared in a bunch of real-looking images, which might very well be its first-ever look. This gives us a potential preview of the Google Pixel 4a smartphone ahead of its proposed May launch date. In the images above, the alleged Google Pixel 4a can be seen flaunting a single punch-hole cutout located in the top left corner of the display. If this turns out to be true, the Google Pixel 4a would be Google’s first-ever to feature a punch-hole selfie snapper. The second image, where the settings menu of the device is open, clearly reveals the name of the Google Pixel 4a device.
The last image gives us a working clue as to what the Google Pixel 4a’s rear might look like. The picture contains the alleged Google Pixel 4a device being protected by a fabric case. The device can be seen sporting a physical rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, the white power button appears to be on the right side of the device. The Google Pixel 4a, as per the leaked image, will feature a single rear camera alongside an LED flash. Well, this falls in line with the previously leaked renders of the device. Coming to the rest of the specifications of the device, the earlier rumors suggest that the Google Pixel 4a’s display will be somewhere around 5.7-inch or 5.8-inch in size. As far as the overall dimensions are concerned, the Google Pixel 4a will measure 144.2 x 69.5 x 8.2mm. The rear camera is tipped to be a 12.2MP sensor. Under the hood, the Google Pixel 4a is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 730 or 765 chipset, which is likely to be paired with at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. As far as color variants are concerned, the Google Pixel 4a is likely to launch in Black, White, and Purple color schemes.
Alongside the Google Pixel 4a, the company might also launch the 2020 edition of its Google Pixel Buds. The same was spotted by us a little while ago on the Wireless Power Consortium.
