Google is expected to launch the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro smartphones in the next few weeks. However, as of now, Google has not revealed the launch date of these devices yet. We have been learning new details of these upcoming devices courtesy of several leaks from the last few weeks. A few days back we saw the detailed specifications of these devices such as software information and camera specifications courtesy of the XDA Developers’ report. Now, the pricing of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro is leaked online in recent development. Additionally, colour variants and the launch date of the Pixel 6 series is tipped as well. Google Pixel 6 Series Price, Launch Date Tipped
According to a new leak by Brandon Lee from This is Tech Today, the Pixel 6 will retail for EUR 649 (roughly Rs 56,220) in Europe, while the bigger Pixel 6 Pro will cost EUR 899 (roughly Rs 77,874). The Pixel 6 will launch in Carbon, Fog and light Orange colour option, as per Lee’s sources. On the other hand, the Pixel 6 Pro might debut in Silver, Gold, and Carbon variants. As far as the launch date details go, the Pixel 6 series is supposed to launch on October 19th. Both the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro are expected to release in the US and other markets on October 28th.
The previous leak suggests that the Pixel 6 might feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, the Pixel 6 Pro is tipped to come with a 6.67-inch display, featuring QHD+ resolution. The display panel of the Pro model might have a 120Hz refresh rate. Both these devices will be powered by Google’s in-house Tensor chipset. In the imaging department, both the phones are supposed to feature a 50MP Samsung GN1 main camera and a 12MP Sony IMX286 ultrawide camera. The Pixel 6 Pro is even tipped to include a 48MP Sony IMX586 telephoto camera. For the selfie purpose, the vanilla Pixel 6 might sport an 8MP camera, while the Pro model is said to feature a 12MP camera (Sony IMX663 sensor).
