Google Pixel 6 series is expected to launch later this year. The company is rumoured to launch two new smartphones. These include the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro. Design renders of the two Pixel devices have leaked previously. Now, tipster OnLeaks has partnered with Digit to reveal more details of the Pro model. The tipster has shared render images that are slightly different from Jon Prosser’s original Pixel 6 Pro’s render images. OnLeaks has also revealed some of the key specs of the Pro model. Google Pixel 6 series is expected to launch later this year. The Pixel 6 Pro’s CAD renders and specs have leaked ahead of the launch.
Tipster OnLeaks has leaked more details of the upcoming Pro Pixel 6 smartphone. The latest renders have some minute changes over the previously leaked images by Prosser. Images by OnLeaks reveal that the Pixel 6 Pro will have a curved AMOLED display with a slightly noticeable chin. It will have a 6.67-inch display. There is no word on the refresh rate support at the moment.
The rear panel’s camera island has a triple-camera setup. The thick island will house a primary wide-angle camera, a periscope telephoto camera and an unknown camera situated next to the LED flash. There are a couple of more sensors housed inside the camera module. It was previously reported that the Pro model will have a 50MP Sony primary sensor and an 8MP 5x periscope lens. The camera on the Pro model will also feature an ultrawide lens and a colour correction lens.
OnLeaks further revealed that the Pro Pixel will measure 163.9 x 75.8 x 8.9mm. It will also have a dual-speaker setup and support wireless charging.
The other details leaked about the Pixel line include a hole-punch display with close to no bezels. Google is also bringing an in-display fingerprint scanner on the Pixel 6 series. Google could introduce its custom silicon with the Pixel 6 lineup. The devices are expected to launch in late August.
