Google Pixel 7 Series Price Leaked Ahead of October 6 Launch Event

The Google Pixel 7 will be cheaper than the Apple iPhone 14.

Google Pixel 7 series will launch on October 6. At the Google event, the company will launch its new Pixel smartphones and the new Pixel Watch. Google has already dropped teasers revealing the design and some features of the Pixel 7 series. The company did not reveal many details about the specifications or features.

As expected, the details that have been kept under wraps will be revealed on October 6. Meanwhile, a new leak has revealed the pricing details of the Pixel 7 series. The leak comes from Android Police’s Artem Russakovskii, who listed the price and colour options of the Pixel 7 series.

Russakovskii, citing his trusted source, claims that the Pixel 7 will launch in three colours – Snow, Obsidian and Lemongrass. The starting price of the Pixel 7 will be set at $599 (roughly Rs 48,600). For the price, users are likely to get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The Pixel 7 Pro will have a starting price of $899 (roughly Rs 72,900). The top-end Pixel phone will launch in Obsidian, Hazel and Snow colours. The base model of the Pixel 7 Pro is likely to offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Google Pixel 7 Series Specifications

The Pixel 7 is confirmed to sport a dual-camera setup on the back. On the other hand, the Pixel 7 Pro will have a triple-camera setup. Google has also confirmed that the Pixel 7 series will feature a new Tensor G2 chip. However, the details about the chipset are under wraps.

As far as leaks go, the Pixel 7 series will feature a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. The Pro model will get an extra 48MP ultrawide camera sensor.

The Pro model will also sport a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a curved screen and a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. Pixel 7 will have a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Other details of the Pixel 7 series will be revealed soon.

Google has confirmed that the Pixel 7 series is coming to India. The devices will be available for purchase via Flipkart.
