The front of the phone could have a 13MP camera for selfies and video calls. The phone is likely to get a decent-sized battery that is expected to give 20W charging and for the first time wireless charging support on a Pixel device. And yes, it goes without saying that the Pixel 7a should come with Android 13 out of the box, with support for multiple OS updates and security updates.
