Google is gearing up to launch the Pixel Fold. The company might launch its first foldable phone, the Pixel Fold, at the I/O 2023 event on May 10. Google has officially not confirmed any details. However, thanks to the rumour mill, it seems like the launch is imminent. A lot about the upcoming Google foldable phone has leaked online. A new leak has now revealed some more details about the Google Pixel Fold. Tipster Evan Blass, aka EvLeaks, has uploaded the official images and the complete list of specifications of the Pixel Fold.

According to the leaked images, the Pixel Fold will pack a bigger battery than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 despite being slightly smaller in size. Let’s take a look at the Google Pixel Fold specifications, features and other details known so far.

Google Pixel Fold Leaked in Full Glory

The Google Pixel Fold will be a premium foldable smartphone offering launching in the US and some other markets in the coming weeks. Ahead of the launch, Blass has leaked the full specs of the phone. After leaking the Pixel Fold’s official images of the rear panel and the cover display, Blass has today uploaded the foldable display’s official image. It confirms that the Pixel Fold has slightly thick bezels at the top and bottom, whereas the sides are narrower in comparison. The top bezel has room for the front camera at the top right corner.

The tipster also revealed the specs and features of the foldable phone. The Pixel Fold is said to sport a 5.8-inch cover OLED display with a 17.4:9 aspect ratio and a 1080 x 2092 resolution. The display, which is said to have a pixel density of 408PPI, will refresh up to 120Hz. It is also said to offer up to 1550nits of brightness and come with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

The foldable OLED display will be 7.6 inches tall. It will have a 6:5 aspect ratio and a 1820 x 2208-pixel resolution. The screen will refresh at 120Hz and offer 1450 nits of peak brightness. To protect the foldable display, Google will add a plastic layer of top, according to the tipster. The foldable phone will have an IPX8 rating for water resistance.

There will be a Tensor G2 under the hood, which is no surprise. The tipster added that the Pixel Fold will feature a Titan M2 security chip, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM along with the option to choose between 256GB and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Pixel Fold is said to pack a beefy 4821mAh battery under the hood and offer 30W of fast charging support via a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port.

In terms of cameras, the rear camera will feature a triple-sensor setup. There will be a 48MP 1/2” main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture. The device will also feature a 10.8MP 1/3” sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a 121.1-degree field of view. There will also be a 10.8MP 1/3.1” sensor with an f/3.05 aperture and 5x optical zoom support.

For selfies, the Pixel Fold will feature a 9.5MP camera on the outside. The one on the inside will have an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It will ship in Obsidian and Porcelain colour options.

A recent leak revealed that the Pixel Fold 256GB storage variant will be priced at $1,799 (roughly Rs 1,47,500), whereas the 512GB variant will cost $1919 (roughly Rs 1,57,400) in the US.
