GoPro Hero 11 Black is expected to be unveiled globally soon. The action camera company usually announces its flagship GoPro Hero series action cameras in mid-September every year and this year as well, the GoPro Hero 11 Black is expected to be made official around September 15.
A few days back, GoPro Hero 11 Black’s design was leaked and it looks strikingly similar to the last gen action camera, the GoPro Hero 10 Black. Now, a new report from WinFuture has given out some of the key features of the upcoming Hero 11 Black model. As per the report, the new action camera will come with a new sensor, improved stabilization, and more.
GoPro Hero 11 Black: Specifications and Features Leaked
As per the report, the GoPro Hero 11 Black will feature a new CMOS sensor, which is said to offer a wider Field of View. The new sensor will allow the GoPro action camera to capture photos with a resolution of 27 megapixels, which is an upgrade from 23.6MP on the GoPro Hero 10. While you can shoot at 27MP on the Hero 11 Black, the new camera will allow you to capture 24.7MP screen grabs, an upgrade from 19MP stills on the last gen.
Further, as for the video recording, the GoPro Hero 11 Black is said to offer up to 5.3K shooting capabilities at 60fps. In addition, the camera will also support 4k @ 120fps. Like the last gen, the new action camera will also feature 1.4-inch front display on the front and a 2.27-inch rear touchscreen display on the rear.
The action camera is said to feature the same 1720mAh battery and it is also expected to boast the same waterproof design down to 10 meters. Since the new GP2 processor was introduced with the Hero 10 Black, the 11th gen cam is also expected to feature the same.
