Honor has finally introduced its first gaming laptop with up to 10th generation Intel Core i7 processor.


Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei, entered the gaming laptop segment by introducing a new gaming-centric laptop in China. The company has launched Honor Hunter V700 gaming laptop in the country. The first gaming notebook from Honor comes with interesting features like 144Hz refresh rate, 4.7mm narrow border design on both sides, enhanced cooling options, immersive 3D surround sound experience, and more. The laptop comes with 10th generation Intel Core processor along with NVIDIA GeForce graphics card. Let’s dive into the details of the latest gaming laptop.

Honor Hunter V700 Gaming Laptop price and availability

The Honor Hunter V700 gaming laptop price starts at 7499 Yuan (approx INR 81,500) for the Core i5-10300H variant with 512GB storage and NVIDIA GeForce 1660Ti graphics card. The Core i7 model with 512GB storage and NVIDIA GeForce 2060 is priced at 8499 Yuan (approx. INR 92,400), while the 1TB variant comes with a price tag of 9999 Yuan (approx. INR 1,08,900). The laptop will go on sale in China from September 27th.

Honor Hunter V700 Gaming Laptop specifications and features

The Honor Hunter V700 gaming laptop features a 16.1-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The display supports 144Hz refresh rate along with 178-degree viewing angle, 100 per RGB and 300 nits brightness.

The laptop comes with Wind Valley design for better heat dissipation. The company says when the lid is closed, the heat dissipation panel retracts and keeps the body slim. When the lid is opened, the channel is revealed at the base to form an air intake vent of 8.5mm. This increases the air intake volume by 40 per cent. The Honor gaming laptop flaunts two 12V fans for faster speed and higher air intake volume. It also comes with Nahimic for Gamers that provides immersive 3D surround sound experience.

The Honor Hunter V700 gaming laptop is powered by up to 10th generation Intel Core i7-10750H processor along with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPU. It is loaded with 16Gb of RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. The device runs on Windows 10 and features HD webcam along with digital array microphone. The gaming laptop from Honor comes with 56Wh battery, which it claims can last up to 5 hours. In terms of connectivity, the laptop supports two USB 3.2 ports, one USB 2.0 port, one USB Type-C port, one HDMI port, one Mini DP port, one gigabit Ethernet port, Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 802.11ax 2×2 (2.4GHz and 5GHz).
