The Honor Magic 5 has been spotted on the Geekbench website with the model number PGT-AN00 ahead of its official launch on February 27. The listing confirms that the upcoming Honor flagship, which will be launched at MWC 2023, will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The chipset codenamed Kalama has a prime CPU core clocked at 3.19GHz. It also has four performance cores clocked at 2.8GHz and three efficiency cores clocked at 2.02GHz.

The variant of the Magic 5 listed on Geekbench has 12GB of RAM. We can expect the vanilla flagship to launch with 8GB of RAM as well. It would not be a surprise if the phone has up to 256GB of storage on offer. 

The phone runs Android 13 out of the box. It should have a layer of Magic UI on top of Android. The listing further confirms that the phone scored 1411 and 4584 on Geekbench. The scores are for the single-core and multi-core tests on the benchmark platform.

Honor has teased the rear camera module design, which shows a triple-camera setup resting on a circular module. Other details about the phone are officially under wraps. The company will launch the phone on February 27, where it will also unveil the price and availability details.
