Honor has unveiled two new laptops in India under the MagicBook series. The company has unveiled the Honor MagicBook X14 (2023) and Honor MagicBook X16 (2023). Both laptops come in two variants each, making four configurations. The company had previously announced refreshed MagicBook X14 with 11th gen Intel processors back in January 2023.
The latest lineup from the brand comes with 12th gen Intel core processors. In the past the company had launched 14-inch and 15-inch models, now for the first time in India, the brand has unveiled a 16-inch model as well. Honor MagicBook X14 (2023) and X16 (2023): Specifications
The Honor MagicBook X14 (2023) features a 14-inch FHD IPS panel with an 88% screen-to-body ratio, 16.5mm thickness, and weighs 1.43 kg. On the other hand, the X16 (2023) comes with a 16-inch Full HD IPS screen with an 89% screen-to-body ratio, 17.9mm thickness, and will weigh 1.75 kg. Both offer a 16:10 aspect ratio and offer up to 300 nits of brightness.
Underneath, these laptops are powered by Intel’s 12th gen Core i5-12450H processor. Both laptops come with 8GB and 16GB LPDDR4X RAM options and 512GB SSD storage. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB. Powering the nee MagicBook series is a 60Whr battery, which is rated to last up to 9 hours of work. This is paired with a 65W Type-C fast charger.
Other features include an aluminium metal body, a backlit keyboard, a dedicated numpad (only on X16), a fingerprint scanner, a webcam, 2 x USB A ports, one HDMI, and a Type-C port.
