Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition is finally set to hit the shelves on October 6 on Sony PlayStation 5. The complete edition of the title includes the base Horizon Forbidden West game and its DLC expansion from earlier this year, Burning Shores and digital bonuses including a soundtrack, artbook, comic book and in-game items.
The game will be available in physical copies (disc), and Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition will be the first PS5 game to be released on two discs. According to an image of the game’s box published by the Does it Play? X (formerly known as Twitter) account, the game requires a minimum of 121 GB of storage and comes in two discs.
According to Push Square, The Nioh Collection for PS5 came on two discs in February 2021, however, it had two titles, one on each Blu-ray (Nioh and Nioh 2).

Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition launches today and takes on Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth which is confirmed to be released on two discs for PlayStation 5 in February 2024.
The box image also has a “two-disc” symbol that neatly resembles a pair of cartoon eyes that cannot comprehend how video games have become so ubiquitous. Horizon Forbidden West Complete Collection, like other PS5 titles, will just require its discs for authentication, so you won’t have to switch back and forth.

According to Rishi Alwani, Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition will be available at Rs 3,999 in the Indian market. It will be a great choice for gamers who missed the base game and DLC content also considering the price.
Guerilla Games, the developers behind Horizon Forbidden West, stated in May that Horizon Forbidden West sold 8.4 million copies across PS4 and PlayStation5, with the franchise as a whole selling 32.7 million units (including the prequel Horizon Zero Dawn, its Frozen Wilds DLC, and the PS VR2 title).
Guerrilla Games announced the title last week, stating that the PC version is being developed in collaboration with fellow Sony company Nixxes Software. Gamers can wishlist the game on Steam as well as Epic Games Store which is slated to release in early 2024.
