HP has launched its latest Pavilion Plus laptops in India in 14-inch and 16-inch screen sizes. These new laptops come equipped with 13th-generation Intel processors, along with Ryzen 7 options. These laptops also have IMAX-certified displays for a better visual experience.
The new HP Pavilion laptops are made from recycled metals. HP says that the company is focused on sustainability of the environment, and will continue this approach with its future laptops.
HP Pavilion Plus Laptops: Price and Availability
The pricing for the new HP Pavilion Plus 14 laptop starts at Rs 91,999 for the base model. It will be available in two colours: Moonlight Blue and Natural Silver. The HP Pavilion Plus 16 pricing starts at Rs 1,24,999. It offers two colour choices: Warm Gold and Natural Silver.
Both the laptops will be available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, and HP’s partner retail offline stores.
HP Pavilion Plus 14: Specifications
The HP Pavilion Plus 14 comes with a 14-inch OLED screen with a 2.8K resolution. The panel is IMAX certified and has an 88% screen-to-body ratio with an aspect ratio of 16:10. The laptop comes with an aluminium body.
The HP Pavilion 14 Plus is powered by the 13th gen Intel Core i7-13700H, along with an option for AMD Ryzen 7 7840H. It is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, along with 1TB of NVMe SSD storage. The laptop comes with Windows 11 pre-installed.
It is powered by a 51Wh battery, that offers up to 13 hours of battery life. The laptop comes with 90W PD charging. The HP Pavilion Plus 14 also comes with a 5MP webcam. The laptop weighs 1.44kg with a maximum thickness of 17.5mm. It also comes with a fingerprint reader for biometric authentication.
HP Pavilion Plus 16 Specifications
The HP Pavilion Plus 16 comes with a 16-inch OLED panel with a 2.5K resolution. The panel is certified for IMAx, just like its younger sibling. It comes with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The HP Pavilion Plus 16 is powered by the 13th-generation Intel Core i7-13700H, paired with Nvidia RTX 3050 graphics card. It also comes with 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, along with 1TB of SSD of storage.
The laptop also features a 5MP infrared camera, that supports Windows Hello. It also comes with a manual camera shutter for added privacy. HP also also included a fingerprint scanner with the laptop.
The HP Pavilion Plus 16 runs on a 68Wh battery, which supports 90W charging via the USB-C port. It also comes with a Thunderbolt 4 port, that supports display-out. The laptop is slightly heavier at 1.89kg, as compared to the Pavilion Plus 14.
Both the new laptops, the HP Pavilion Plus 14 and the Plus 16 come with HP Presence 2.0, which uses AI to enhance the video quality in meetings and conferences. It also comes with native support for blurring the background and replacing it with a custom image. HP has also added an Auto Frame feature that ensures that the user is always in the centre of the frame during a video call.
