After a considerable period of time, HTC has launched two new smartphones in the market. The HTC U20 is a 5G device with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, while the HTC Desire 20 Pro is more of a mid-range LTE device with a large 5,000mAh battery. While the company has not revealed the pricing of either of the two devices yet, we now have their full specifications and features. HTC U20 5G: Specifications and features

Starting with the display of the device, the HTC U20 5G features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole. The device manages to pull off a tall aspect ratio of 20:9 and measures 171/2 x 78.12 x 9.4mm and weighs in at 215.5 grams. At the back, the HTC U20 5G has a physical fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, the HTC U20 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, which is clubbed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Internal storage has scope for further expansion with the help of an external SD card. Coming to the OS, the HTC U20 5G boots the latest Android 10 OS out of the box.


As far as the cameras of the device are concerned, the HTC U20 5G makes room for a quadruple rear camera setup, which consists of a 48MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. The HTC U20 5G can capture 4K videos. At the front, the HTC U20 5G features a 32MP selfie snapper.

HTC Desire 20 Pro: Specifications and features

Coming to the HTC Desire 20 Pro, the device features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a single punch-hole display. The device has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The punch-hole makes room for a 25MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture. The device measures 162 x 77 x 9.4mm and weighs in at 201 grams.

Moving around the rear of the device, the HTC Desire 20 Pro comes with a quadruple rear camera setup, which includes a 48MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture.

Powering the HTC Desire 20 Pro is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, which is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (expandable). The device ships with the latest Android 10 OS out of the box. As far as the battery of the device is concerned, the HTC Desire 20 Pro sports a 5,000mAh battery, which has support for Quick Charge 3.0.
