Another day another Chinese Android smartphone. This time around, Huawei has unveiled the Enjoy 10 handset. Apart from a horrible name, the mobile itself isn’t that bad. The Enjoy 10 comes in a solid as well as dual-tone gradient back. It has a reflective coating that mimics the glass. The phone has a slight protrusion around the camera assembly. Moving onto the front, you get a thin-bezel design an impressive screen-to-body ratio of over 90 percent. Read on for its hardware specifications.
Huawei Enjoy 10 Features
The Enjoy 10 is powered by Huawei’s in-house Hisilicon Kirin 710 chip. This SoC (System on Chip) is built on a 12 nm node comprising of four Cortex-A73 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and four energy-efficient Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. The gaming bit is handled by Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. The Enjoy 10 comes with up to 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. Plus, there’s a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The phone sports a 6.4-inch IPS (In-Plane Switching) LCD. The IPS panel offers better colors and viewing angles compared to a regular LCD. Instead of a notch, this display comes with a punch-hole design to hold the selfie camera. It does, however, settle for the resolution of 1560 x 720, which translates to the pixel density of around 270 ppi. Instead of a fancy punch-hole, Huawei should have rather focused on the sharpness of the display.
For the shutterbugs, the Enjoy 10 offers a dual camera. The primary 48 MP lens has f/1.8 aperture and is accompanied by a 2 MP depth sensor. For selfies, the phone has an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter. The same module also powers the face-unlock feature. Both the front and rear cameras feature an AI mode powered by Huawei’s neural engine. With settings maxed out, the phone can record Full HD videos at 30 fps. It can also shoot slo-mo clips at 480 fps.
On the connectivity front, the phone supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and A-GPS (network assisted). The device draws power from a 4,000 mAh battery, which lacks fast-charging capabilities. Moving on to the software part, the Enjoy 10 runs Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1 on top.
