The Huawei Mate X2 foldable phone was launched in 2021 in China and now, it looks like the company is gearing up to launch the successor to the same called the Huawei Mate X3. Ahead of the launch, the foldable device has been spotted on the 3C certification website revealing the charging speed of the device along with the model number of the foldable. Let’s take a look at the 3C listing details of the Huawei Mate X3 foldable smartphone.

Huawei Mate X3 Listed on 3C Certification

An upcoming Huawei made device has been spotted on the 3C certification with PAL-AL00 model number. This device is said to be the next-gen foldable from the brand, the Huawei Mate X3. As per the listing, the Mate X3 will come with a max fast charging speed of 66W, which is at 11V and 6A. In addition, the device is also said to support 10W (5V, 2A) and 40W (10V, 4A) charging standards.

Further, the foldable’s charger has been listed with HW-110600C00 and HW-110600C00. The listing also mentioned these as optional, which means the foldable might just skip the charger in the box like we have seen on multiple Apple and Samsung phones lately. Lastly, the listing reveals the foldable will be support LTE, which is a surprising factor as the Mate X2 was launched with Kirin 9000 5G SoC. It’ll be interesting to see if the brand announces a 5G version separately. Apart from that, the certification does not reveal any other specs or features of the device.

The last-gen Huawei Mate X2 is powered by the Kirin 9000 5G SoC based on the 5nm fabrication process along with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. The main folding display is an 8-inch flexible OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels. On the outside, the secondary display features an OLED panel as well, with a screen resolution of 2700 x 1160 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate.

In terms of optics, the Mate X2 features a Leica certified quad-camera setup with a 50MP (OIS) primary lens, a 16MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP (OIS) telephoto camera, and an 8MP camera with 10x periscopic optical zoom and OIS support as well.
