While the rendered image of the allegedly upcoming smartphone from Huawei, the Nova 6 SE, had surfaced online, there was no information regarding its specifications. Well, thanks to a Chinese Weibo user, we now have an idea of what the Huawei Nova 6 SE will have to offer.

According to the leak, the Huawei Nova 6 will feature a 6.4-inch LCD with Full HD+ resolution. The quad-camera setup at the rear of the smartphone is said to have a 48MP main unit, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and two 2MP cameras. The front-facing camera is said to be a 16MP unit. The Weibo user claims that the handset will be powered by the HiSilicon’s Kirin 810 chipset, and it will have a 4200mAh battery with 40W fast charging.

From the earlier leak, we know that the Nova 6 SE will have a punch-hole in its display aligned to the top-left corner of the screen. The rendered image also revealed that the device would have power and volume buttons mounted to the right-hand side of the device. Since the fingerprint scanner was nowhere to be seen on the front and rear sides of the Nova SE, it is expected to come with a side-mounted or an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Recent leaks had revealed that the Nova 6 line up would consist of one other smartphone – the Nova 6. It is said to come in two variants – one with 4G connectivity, while the other offering 5G connectivity as well. Huawei is holding an event tomorrow in China, and the brand is expected to launch the Nova 6 smartphone line up at the event. However, the event won’t just be about the Nova 6 smartphones, since the brand is expected to launch other products as well at the event.
