Huawei seems to be working on a new series called the Nova 8 series. We haven’t heard much about the upcoming Nova series, but earlier today some smartphones from the series seem to have appeared on the TEENA listing. As per popular Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, all these four models belong to the Huawei Nova 8 series, which comes with the codenames HJC-AN00, HJC-TN00, JSC-AN00, and JSC-TN00.
The TEENA listing didn’t reveal much about the specifications of the listed smartphones, but notably, it confirmed that the smartphones will be launched with 5G connectivity support. The listing further added that the smartphones will support NR NSA/NR SA/TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/cdma2000/CDMA 1X/GSM standard.
The handsets support 5G-enhanced mobile broadband technology and equipped with Dual SIM slots. The TEENA listing also confirmed that all the phones will run on Android operating system, but didn’t mention on which variant. We can safely expect the upcoming Nova 8 series smartphones to pack Android 10 operating system. We can safely assume that all the four models belong to the Huawei Nova 8 series, which might include Nova 8, Nova 8 Pro, Nova 8 SE like the predecessor.
