
Infinix Hot 12 has been launched in India today as the latest budget smartphone under the Hot 12 series. The Hot 12 is the third smartphone in the series after the Infinix Hot 12 Play and Infinix Hot 12 Pro 一 both of which were launched earlier this year.
The newly launched Hot 12 comes with a large screen, a high refresh rate display, and a massive 6,000mAh battery. This new device will rival the Xiaomi, Realme, Samsung and Poco smartphones under the Rs 10,000 price segment. Let’s take a look at the phone’s price, availability, and specs in detail.

Infinix Hot 12: Price in India and Availability
The Infinix Hot 12 comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and is priced at Rs 9,499. It comes in four colour options Turquoise Cyan, Exploratory Blue, 7-degree Purple, and Polar Black. It will go on sale for the first time on August 23rd.

The Infinix Hot 12 sports a 6.82-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. This is an LCD screen. The screen has a 460 nits brightness. The phone is powered by the Meditek Helio G37 processor.
The Hot 12 is backed by a large 6,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging. The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also comes with up to 3GB of Virtual RAM support, where a portion of your phone’s storage is used as additional RAM to increase the total RAM to 7GB.
In terms of camera, the Hot 12 comes with a triple rear camera on the back, but the phone design makes it look like the device has a quad-camera setup. There is a 50MP main camera with f/1,6 aperture along with a quad-LED flash. There is also a 2MP depth lens and an AI lens. There is an 8MP selfie snapper on the front with a dual LED flash, which helps during low-light selfies.
The phone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and there is a Type-C port for charging, which is good to see at this price point. The phone weighs 211 grams and measures 9.2mm thick. Sadly, the phone still runs on Android 11 based on XOS 7.6
