The phone comes in a single 4GB +128GB variant in the Indonesian market.  The display on the Infinix Hot 9 measures 6.6-inches across and happens to be a TFT LCD panel with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.

The phone boasts of a quad-camera setup at the rear consisting of a 16MP primary camera, and twin 2MP cameras – for depth sensing and macro shots. The fourth camera sensor is dedicated to AI imaging, the company website says. At the front, the phone gets a single 8MP camera for selfies and video calling. The handset supports video recording in full HD resolution using the front and rear cameras.

The Infinix Hot 9 gets a 5,000mAh battery and does not come with support for fast charging. The device gets a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. At launch, the phone comes with the newest version of Infinix’s custom Android skin- XOS, which is itself based on Android 10.

Considering the Hot 8 was priced at INR 7,999, we can expect the Hot 9 to be launched at around the same price.

Infinix Hot 9 Pro expected specifications

Very little is known about the Infinix Hot 9 Pro as of now. The only image of the device seems to show that the device comes with a 48MP camera instead of the 16MP unit on the standard Hot 9. We can expect the rest of the specifications to remain identical. More details should be out in the next few days. We expect the Infinix Hot Pro to be priced slightly above the standard Hot 9.
