Infinix has launched its second-gen laptop in India today called the Infinix InBook X1 Slim. Infinix entered the laptop market with the launch of the Infinix InBook X1 series late last year globally and the company also launched the Indian market back in December. Now, the company has launched a follow-up to the same in India.

The InBook X1 Slim is rebranded version of the InBoook X2, which was launched globally back in January. The InBook X1 Slim is an affordable laptop with a thin and light design, trendy colour options, Type-C fast charging, Windows 11 OS, LED lights for the webcam, and SSD storage. Infinix InBook X1 Slim: Price in India

The Infinix InBook X1 Slim Intel Core i7 variant is priced at Rs 49,990, the Core i5 variant starts at Rs 39,990, and the Core i3 version starts priced at Rs 29,990. The InBook X1 Slim will be available in four colour options 一 Grey, Blue, Green, and Red.

Infinix InBook X1 Slim: Sale Date and Offers

The laptop will be up for sale starting June 21st. As for the launch offers, you can get 5% unlimited cash back with the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit card. Apart from that, Axis Bank card holders can also get a Rs 2,000 instant discount on the Core i3 variant and a Rs 3,000 discount on the Core i5 and Core i7 variants.

Infinix InBook X1 Slim: Specifications

The Infinix InBook X1 Slim comes with a 14-inch Full HD IPS screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. It has a 300 nits brightness, 100% sRGB coverage, and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The laptop is made up of all-metal construction with aluminium alloy and it is available in four colour options Grey, Blue, Green, and Red. The laptop runs on Windows 11 OS out of the box and weighs just 1.24 Kg and is just 14.8mm thick 一 making it one of the sleekest laptops in the segment.

In terms of CPU, the InBook X1 Slim comes in three options to pick from 一Intel Core i3-1005G1, Core i5-1035G1, and Core i7-1065G7 一 10th gen Intel Core processors. The laptop comes with up to 16GB RAM, 512 GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD storage, Intel Iris Plus graphics, and ICE STORM 1.0 cooling system. The machine draws power from the 50Whr Lithium polymer battery unit, which is rated to last up to 11 hours on a single charge. It supports 65W Type-C fast charging.

In terms of port options, you get one USB Type-C port for data sharing, charging and display, another Type-C port for data transfer, two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI 1.4, an SD card slot, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Other features include a backlit keyboard, dual star-light HD web camera, dual DTS audio setup, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.1.

Infinix InBook X1 Slim: How does it Compare with Competition?

The Infinix InBook X1 Slim is currently the only laptop available on Flipkart and Amazon with a Core i7 processor under Rs 50,000. Even though the laptop is powered by 10th gen chipsets, which is a couple of generations behind, given the pricing of new 12the gen chip laptops are at least Rs 20,000 more, Infinix has a good chance in the sub Rs 50,000. Some key features include the thin and light design, dual star-light HD web camera, up to 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and Type-C charging port.
