
Infinix has added a new smartphone to its product line up today – the S5. This new smartphone is the successor of the Infinix S4 that launched in India earlier this year. The Infinix S5 is currently the most expensive smartphone offering from the brand. The standout feature of the device is that it has a punch-hole display, making it the most affordable smartphone to offer this feature. Infinix S5: Price in India, Availability
The Infinix S5 comes with a price tag of INR 8,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. And this is the only memory configuration on offer. The device can be had in Quetzal Cyan and Violet color options. The device will go on sale in India starting 21st October at 12 PM through Flipkart.

The Infinix S5 has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution. As I said earlier, the display has a punch-hole instead of a notch for the front-facing camera. According to the brand, thin bezels around the display result in a 90.5% screen to body ratio.
The device comes with the MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, which has an octa-core Cortex-A53 processor and PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The device has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The handset features the Android 9 operating system with XOS 5.5 customization.
